Cross-Cultural Internship
You will be one of 2-4 people serving as a leadership team in one of our partner communities. Your job includes building relationships and serving alongside local community leaders and providing leadership and logistical support for short-term mission teams serving in your community of service. You will be able to invest yourself in the people of the community, work on specific assignments associated with the community vision and work on special assignments collecting and developing video and audio stories. The time of service is 7-13 weeks starting in May or June.

Non-Profit Internship
You will have a unique experience as you learn and take part in multiple different aspects of working for a non-profit. You will have the opportunity to gain experience in the administrative side of the organization as you participate in grant research, pre-field planning and working to coordinate logistics during the summer mission trips. To round out your experience, there will be one or more opportunities to work in a leadership position inside one or more of EM�s partner communities. This unique paid position of support and service also includes housing and use of a vehicle. The time of service is 8 months, from January through August.
