The Cross-Cultural internship will give you a hands-on experience to travel and work throughout the summer months in one of our partner communities within the US or across the globe. This internship will allow you to join a team of 2-3 other young adults to provide leadership and logistical support for short-term mission teams. You will take the lead in coordinating critical details for the teams such as work projects, housing, food, water, and transportation.

Additionally, this internship will allow you to embark on a journey of full cross-cultural experience as you invest in relationships with the local people. Whether you're leading teams in building schools, conducting home repairs, feeding the homeless, or running a Kids Club, you'll be a vital part of bringing hope to the lives of many while encouraging mutual influence and sustainable change in underprivileged areas.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
Preferred candidates will possess strong leadership abilities, communication skills, the ability to problem solve and learn rapidly, teamwork capabilities, problem solving skills and self-motivation. Candidates must be willing to travel to their designated domestic or international community for the duration of the summer. Bonus skills include experience in leading worship, construction, media, and the ability to speak Spanish.

STIPEND
$200 per week with missions team, plus housing and food included

COMMITMENT
7-13 weeks between the end of May through mid-August
