EM Non-Profit Internship

Get Behind the Scenes

Internship Overview

The Nonprofit Internship will give you a true behind the scenes experience of working for an NPO. This internship will allow you to become a part of the EM team at our headquarters and require your involvement in multiple facets of the organization such as servicing teams, search engine optimization, social networking, and many other tasks. Additionally, you will have three seminar sessions planned to give you basic knowledge in finances, search engine optimization, and dealing with change as it relates to EM. Also, prepare to get hands-on while having the opportunity to lead one or more of our off-season mission trips either domestically or abroad. Obtain a well-rounded experience of working for an active nonprofit organization through this internship.

Located on the renowned Olympic Peninsula an hour and a half from Seattle, the EM Headquarters offers access to exclusive hiking and other outdoor activities only a few miles from the Puget Sound. While interns live, cook, eat, and travel together near the small Victorian town of Port Townsend, they can travel an hour and a half to robust city of Seattle to enjoy all the northwest has to offer.
